The best WhatsApp marketing software in 2026
Eight WhatsApp marketing platforms compared on what you actually pay: the monthly plan, the price of each message, AI, team seats and trials.
Botmust publishes this comparison, and Botmust is one of the tools in it. To keep it useful, every competitor fact comes from that vendor’s own pricing page on 23 October 2026, with a link, and we say where another tool is the better choice. Prices change often, so check the linked page before you buy.

The cost most comparison lists miss: the price per message
Every WhatsApp marketing message carries a charge from Meta. On 23 October 2026, Meta’s rate for a marketing message to an Indian number was ₹0.8631 before tax, according to its pricing documentation. Many platforms resell messages from a prepaid wallet at a higher rate. A campaign to 10,000 customers costs about ₹8,631 at Meta’s rate and about ₹10,900 at ₹1.09 per message. That ₹2,269 difference on a single campaign is more than some plans cost for a whole month.
Botmust and Respond.io don’t mark up messages: Meta bills your own WhatsApp Business Account. The other vendors that publish their rates add roughly 10% to 26% on marketing messages, and sometimes more on utility and service messages. Since 1 October 2026, Meta also charges for service replies after the first 1,000 each month per number, so the rate on replies matters too.
The best WhatsApp marketing tools, one by one
1. Botmust: AI and flows included, no message markup
Botmust is an India-based WhatsApp marketing platform on the official API. Every plan includes BotMust AI (an AI agent that answers from your own business knowledge), the no-code flow builder, unlimited campaigns, a CRM with a deal pipeline, and cart recovery for Shopify and WooCommerce. Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS and email can share the same inbox. Plans are Starter ₹1,499, Growth ₹2,499, Business ₹5,999 a month, with 10, 25, 50 seats; see pricing.
Watch out for: there is no free plan or free trial, and Botmust is newer, so it has fewer public reviews than WATI or Respond.io.
2. WATI: well known, with many reviews
WATI is one of the best-known WhatsApp API platforms, rated 4.6 on G2 from 517 reviews. Growth costs ₹2,999 a month billed monthly, or ₹2,199 billed yearly, with 3 users, one Astra AI agent and 2,000 AI credits (WATI pricing). Its Growth rate card charges ₹1.0357 per India marketing message, Meta’s rate plus 20%. Shopify is a $4.99-a-month add-on, and pipeline management starts on the Business plan. Botmust vs WATI.
3. AiSensy: a free plan to start
AiSensy has a Free Forever plan, and Basic costs ₹1,500 a month with an owner and 5 agents (AiSensy pricing). The AI chatbot (₹1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages) and flow builder (₹2,500 a month) are paid add-ons. Messages come from a prepaid wallet at ₹1.09 for India marketing, about 26% over Meta. Rated 4.4 on G2 from 135 reviews. Botmust vs AiSensy.
4. Interakt: unlimited agents
Interakt, owned by Haptik, includes unlimited agents on every plan. Starter is sold quarterly (₹3,499) or yearly; Growth is ₹2,799 a month plus taxes (Interakt pricing). AI agents are an add-on at ₹3,000 a month on Growth and above, and the sales CRM is a separate ₹2,499-a-month product. 14-day free trial; 4.5 on G2 from 69 reviews. Botmust vs Interakt.
5. Gallabox: flows on every plan
Gallabox includes flows on every plan (5 active flows on Basic) and bills quarterly or yearly: Basic is ₹2,999 a month quarterly or ₹2,399 yearly, with 3 users (Gallabox pricing). WhatsApp AI agents start on Essential (₹6,999 a month quarterly). Its India rate card is Meta’s rate plus 15%. 7-day trial; 4.6 on G2 from 169 reviews. Botmust vs Gallabox.
6. DoubleTick: built for sales teams on mobile
DoubleTick focuses on sales teams that work from their phones. Starter is ₹3,500 a month plus GST billed quarterly, with 5 agents; AI agents need the “Pro with AI” plan at ₹9,200 a month (DoubleTick pricing). It doesn’t offer a free trial, only a demo. 4.6 on G2 from 132 reviews. Botmust vs DoubleTick.
7. Respond.io: for large omnichannel teams
Respond.io has the highest G2 rating here, 4.8 from 552 reviews, and suits larger teams working across many channels and countries. Starter costs $99 a month for 5 users, with AI agents and workflows from Growth at $199 a month; contact volume above the plan costs extra (Respond.io pricing). Like Botmust, it doesn’t mark up WhatsApp messages. Prices are in US dollars only. Botmust vs Respond.io.
8. Combirds: a low entry price
Combirds’ Basic plan is ₹1,250 a month plus 18% GST, or ₹950 a month billed yearly, with 15 agent logins and Shopify and WooCommerce included (Combirds pricing). The flow builder is a ₹2,000-a-month add-on, and its pricing page doesn’t list an AI chatbot. India marketing messages cost ₹0.97 on Basic.
How to choose WhatsApp marketing software
- Add up the real monthly cost. Plan fee, plus your expected messages at the vendor’s rate, plus add-ons you need (AI, flows, Shopify, extra seats), plus GST.
- Count the people who will reply. Seat limits range from 3 to unlimited, and extra seats can cost ₹750 to ₹1,299 a month each.
- Decide how much AI you want. If an AI agent should answer routine questions, check whether it is included or charged per message.
- Check your store and CRM. Shopify, WooCommerce and CRM connections are included on some plans and paid add-ons on others.
- Read the billing terms. Some vendors sell only quarterly or yearly plans; others bill monthly.
Our view, with our bias declared: if you want AI and automation included and Meta’s message rate with no markup, try Botmust. If you need a free plan to test the channel, AiSensy has one. For unlimited agents, look at Interakt; for a large global team with a bigger budget, Respond.io.
Questions about WhatsApp marketing software
What is the best WhatsApp marketing software in India?
It depends on your team and budget. For small and growing Indian businesses that want AI, flows, a CRM and cart recovery in one plan, without paying a margin on every message, Botmust is built for that. AiSensy suits a free start, Interakt suits large teams of agents, and WATI is the most reviewed.
How much does WhatsApp marketing software cost?
Entry plans in India start around ₹1,000 to ₹3,500 a month. Add Meta’s message charges (₹0.8631 per marketing message to an Indian number on 23 October 2026, before tax) and any markup the vendor adds.
Is WhatsApp marketing allowed?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API, to people who agreed to receive your messages and can opt out. Follow WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy and India’s data protection law.
Should I use a bulk WhatsApp sender or browser extension?
We don’t recommend it. Tools that send bulk messages from a normal WhatsApp account go against WhatsApp’s terms, and numbers used that way often get banned. The official API has approved templates, delivery reports and a number you can grow safely.
