WhatsApp broadcasts built around your audience

Create a campaign for a saved contact list, prepare the message with BotMust AI, and bring customer replies back to your team inbox.

From a contact list to a reviewed campaign

A WhatsApp broadcast sends a campaign to a selected audience. In BotMust, you choose a channel, decide who should receive the message, select the approved template and review the timing. The campaign and its recipient results stay together so your team can see what happened.

Use this workflow for an event invitation, a relevant product announcement or a customer offer. Keep the audience connected to the purpose of the campaign instead of choosing every contact by default. New to campaign planning? Start with the WhatsApp marketing guide.

Choose the right audience without rebuilding it

Ways to choose a campaign audience in BotMust
Audience optionUseful when
Contact ListYou have a named group you will use again, such as event enquiries.
Lifecycle stageYour message is intended for leads or existing customers.
Associated tagsYou group people by a shared interest or source.
Selected contactsYou want to review a small group individually.
Saved audienceYou want to reuse filtering rules from Customer tools.

Check the selected audience and recipient count in the campaign review. A contact can still be excluded at sending time if eligibility or consent requirements are not met. Keep list membership and opt-out records current.

Write, preview and approve your message

Describe the offer to BotMust AI and use a draft as a starting point. Your saved business profile supplies context so you do not need to describe the business again for every campaign. AI is included within the plan’s allowance; customers do not need a separate AI provider account.

The template editor lets you work on the message body, optional header and footer, variables and supported action buttons. Check the message preview with sample values. A name field, offer link or date should never be left to guesswork.

Approved templates are required for business-initiated messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Approval applies to the template; it does not promise delivery to every contact. See Meta’s messaging policy.

Schedule with a clear handoff to your team

  1. Select the channel. Confirm that the intended business number is connected.
  2. Choose the audience. Review the list or filters before continuing.
  3. Select the message. Check template approval, language and variable values.
  4. Review timing. Check the scheduled time and time zone, then confirm the campaign.
  5. Watch the results. Review recipient status and help customers who reply.

For repeating offers, Autopilot helps plan future campaigns for review. Use separate automations when the content or schedule differs, and review any overlap warning before saving.

Know why a contact did not receive a broadcast

A useful campaign report distinguishes queued, sent, delivered and failed outcomes. Open the details for the affected recipient rather than assuming that the entire campaign failed. Review whether the contact was eligible, the channel was connected and the provider returned an error.

Fix a missing variable or connection issue before retrying. If Meta restricts a recipient’s marketing delivery, repeated sends do not remove that restriction. BotMust shows the available reason and recovery guidance; it cannot guarantee delivery or bypass provider limits.

Broadcasts, AI replies and costs

A campaign starts the conversation; BotMust AI and the shared team inbox help your business respond. Add current business knowledge and decide which questions your team should handle directly.

Campaign capacity and AI allowances vary by plan. See the current INR and USD plans. Meta’s messaging charges are separate from the workspace subscription; check WhatsApp Business Platform pricing for the applicable rate.
