About these terms
These terms apply to the service at botmust.com, operated by Botmust in India. Contact support@botmust.com about the service or these terms. By using Botmust, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account details, protect your login credentials, and allow access only to authorized users. You are responsible for the connected accounts and content you are authorized to manage. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use of messaging and automation
Use Botmust lawfully and comply with the rules of each connected provider, including Meta and WhatsApp. Obtain the permissions needed to contact recipients and process their information, respect opt-out requests, and do not send spam, deceptive messages or unlawful content. Do not use the service to impersonate others, obtain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. Review automated and AI-generated content before relying on it.
Connected providers
Messaging, AI and other integrations depend on accounts and services provided by third parties. You are responsible for authorizing those connections and complying with their terms. Availability, account eligibility, message approval and delivery are controlled in part by those providers. Botmust does not guarantee provider approval or delivery of every message.
Subscriptions and fees
Plan prices, billing periods, trials and usage limits are shown when you select a subscription. Provider charges, including messaging and AI usage, are separate unless explicitly included in your offer. Contact support@botmust.com for billing, cancellation or refund requests. These terms do not exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in content you provide and authorize Botmust to process it as needed to deliver the service and your configured integrations. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and notices for that content. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Account and connected-data deletion requests can be made using the data deletion instructions.
Service changes and access restrictions
Features may change as Botmust and its connected providers evolve. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security incidents, legal requirements or provider restrictions. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
Support and updates
For service concerns, contact support@botmust.com with enough information to identify your workspace. Do not send passwords or access tokens by email. Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
