No physical shipping
Botmust is an online software service. We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
How your plan is delivered
Your workspace is available online at botmust.com as soon as you create an account. When you buy a plan, it is applied to your workspace automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes, and we send a confirmation by email. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@botmust.com with the payment ID.
Exchanges
As a digital service, Botmust has nothing to exchange. You can change to another plan at any time from Settings → Billing & Subscription. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
