How much does Botmust cost?
Starter is ₹1,999/month, Growth is ₹4,999/month and Business is ₹9,999/month. Annual plans are ₹19,990, ₹49,990 and ₹99,990 respectively — equivalent to paying for ten months. The pricing cards show the latest configured allowances.
Are WhatsApp messages and AI costs included?
BotMust AI is included in every Botmust plan, within its monthly AI token allowance. No separate AI subscription or API key is needed. Official WhatsApp messaging is billed separately by Meta. Connected email, SMS and other services may have their own charges.
How do I get started?
Create an account, complete your workspace setup and choose a plan. Connect a supported channel, invite your team and start managing conversations. If online checkout is unavailable, contact support@botmust.com to arrange plan activation.
Can I change my plan as my team grows?
Yes. Compare your options in Settings → Billing & Subscription. When activation is managed by the Botmust team, contact support to arrange the change and confirm its effective date. Review the new plan’s limits before downgrading.
Which channels can I connect?
Botmust supports official WhatsApp Cloud API, WhatsApp QR connections, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, SMS and email. Website live chat is not currently available. Your plan limits the total number of connections. Some channels require a business account, provider setup or approval before they can be used.
Do I need my own AI provider account?
No. Botmust provides BotMust AI with every plan, within your monthly AI allowance. We manage the AI connection; you do not need a provider account or API key. Add your business knowledge and configure your agent before enabling automated replies.
Can my team work together in the same inbox?
Yes. Invite teammates, assign conversations and keep customer details alongside your messages. Starter includes 3 seats, Growth includes 10 and Business includes 25. Each person’s access also depends on their workspace role.
How do cancellation and renewal work?
Check Settings → Billing & Subscription for your subscription controls and plan end date. If your plan was activated manually, contact support@botmust.com for renewal or cancellation assistance. Any refund request is handled under the applicable terms.
Can I bring my existing contacts?
You can import contacts and organize them with lists and tags. Botmust also provides a migration flow for supported exports. Review your imported data and consent preferences before sending campaigns.
