Why teams look for a AiSensy alternative
The add-ons cost more than the plan
AiSensy Basic with the AI chatbot and the flow builder comes to ₹5,350 a month (₹1,500 + ₹1,350 + ₹2,500) before message charges. Botmust Starter includes both for ₹1,499 a month.

When AiSensy may suit you better
If you want to try WhatsApp marketing without paying anything, AiSensy’s Free Forever plan is a real advantage; Botmust has no free plan. AiSensy also includes its Ads Manager on the free plan and has 135 reviews on G2. If you only send occasional broadcasts and don’t need AI or flows, AiSensy Basic can be enough.
How to switch from AiSensy to Botmust
- Create your Botmust workspace and pick a plan with enough seats and channels for your team.
- Bring your contacts. Export them from AiSensy as a CSV file and import them into Botmust with their tags. Keep the opt-in status, and leave out anyone who opted out.
- Move your WhatsApp number. Meta lets a WhatsApp Business number move from one provider to another. Ask AiSensy to release it (two-step verification switched off), then connect it in Botmust through Meta’s signup. You may need to submit your message templates for approval again.
- Rebuild your automations. Recreate chatbot replies with the BotMust AI agent and your business knowledge, and rebuild multi-step journeys as no-code flows.
- Test before your first campaign. Send a template to a few teammates, check that replies arrive in the shared inbox, then send to your customers.

Botmust doesn’t use a prepaid wallet; Meta bills message charges to your WhatsApp Business Account. Use up or settle your AiSensy balance according to AiSensy’s terms before you move.
Can I move my contacts and number?
Yes. Export contacts as a CSV and import them into Botmust, then ask AiSensy to release your number so you can connect it through Meta’s signup in Botmust.
