Why teams look for a Interakt alternative

If dozens of people reply on WhatsApp and you don’t need AI agents or a pipeline, Interakt can cost less than paying for seats; Botmust’s largest plan includes 50 seats. Interakt also offers a 14-day free trial with no payment required, and it is backed by Haptik.
How to switch from Interakt to Botmust
- Create your Botmust workspace and pick a plan with enough seats and channels for your team.
- Bring your contacts. Export them from Interakt as a CSV file and import them into Botmust with their tags. Keep the opt-in status, and leave out anyone who opted out.
- Move your WhatsApp number. Meta lets a WhatsApp Business number move from one provider to another. Ask Interakt to release it (two-step verification switched off), then connect it in Botmust through Meta’s signup. You may need to submit your message templates for approval again.
- Rebuild your automations. Recreate chatbot replies with the BotMust AI agent and your business knowledge, and rebuild multi-step journeys as no-code flows.
- Test before your first campaign. Send a template to a few teammates, check that replies arrive in the shared inbox, then send to your customers.
